India has a single time zone and never changes its clocks, so the gap with the US shifts twice a year. In 2026 the US is on daylight time until 1 November, then falls back. In 2027 it springs forward again on 14 March. NXT has moved nights before, so open the Netflix page on Tuesday evening and check the listed start time. If the page differs from this table, go with the page.

Where WWE airs in India now
Netflix announced on 8 March 2025 that it would become the exclusive home of WWE in India, and the switch happened on 1 April 2025, when the Sony deal ended. Per Netflix’s announcement, Indian members get Raw, SmackDown, NXT and the Premium Live Events (Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank, SummerSlam, WrestleMania). The weekly shows stream live, and episodes stay available afterwards along with a back catalogue.
The US setup is different. There, SmackDown is on USA Network and NXT is on The CW. In India you need none of those channels, and no Premium Live Event is on regular TV. Everything sits inside the normal Netflix subscription, with no separate WWE channel. Plans and prices change often, so check the plan list in your Netflix account for the current cost.
Open the audio menu on any episode to see which commentary tracks are available. Availability can vary from stream to stream.

Premium Live Events start at different times
A Premium Live Event doesn’t follow the Raw slot. Many start earlier in the American evening, which pushes the Indian start earlier too. Money in the Bank 2026, held on 10 October at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, started at 3:30 a.m. IST on Sunday 11 October according to Indian listings. That is two hours before a usual SmackDown morning.
The day before any named event, open its page on Netflix and read the start time, then cross-check it on WWE’s event page. If the two differ, trust Netflix for India, since that is the feed you actually play.
Watching without wrecking your sleep
Three early mornings a week is a lot, so I pick my battles. Raw gets a live alarm when the card matters. SmackDown I usually watch on Saturday after a proper sleep, and NXT I catch on replay.
If you miss the live hour, avoid X until you’ve watched, because results spread fast. Then open Netflix and start from the beginning. The replay is the biggest upgrade over the Sony years, when a missed show often stayed missed until a repeat you couldn’t find.
If the stream stalls at 5:30 a.m., close and reopen the app and drop the video quality one step before touching your router. Keeping the app logged in on a phone as well as the TV gives you a quick backup.

What changed from the Sony years
For more than two decades WWE reached Indian homes through Sony’s sports channels, with fixed weekly slots and Indian specials like Sunday Dhamaal. That arrangement ended on 1 April 2025. The trade-off is clear: you now need a subscription, but you get live shows, full replays and an archive. Any article still listing Sony Ten, Sony Six or SonyLIV as the live home is out of date.
Netflix in India doesn’t carry AEW or TNA. For the real WWE experience, use the official stream. Free “watch live” pages are unreliable, so I don’t link to any.
