Wrestling Nightmare is an independent wrestling site. I am Gaurav Sharma, and I am the only person who writes, edits, and publishes it. I live in Punjab, India. I have watched wrestling since 2000, and I have followed dirtsheet and backstage reporting for 15 years. I am not a wrestler and I do not work for any promotion.
This page is the standard I use before something goes on the site.
Who writes
Every article is written and checked by me. I do not accept guest posts. I do not publish automated feeds, and I do not put up a page that I have not read and approved.
I may use software to check spelling, organize notes, or look up public information. I do not publish an unedited draft from a tool. If a fact is wrong, that is my mistake.
What I publish
The site covers WWE, AEW, and TNA, plus wrestling history when a story needs it. An article is one of four things, and I label it:
- Confirmed news is an official announcement or a direct statement from a promotion or a named person.
- A report or rumor is labeled as unconfirmed. It is not written as a fact.
- Analysis and opinion are my view of a match, a booking choice, or a career.
- A prediction is a guess, not a result.
What I do not publish
- Private-life pieces about a wrestler’s spouse, dating, or children
- A salary, contract, or “highest-paid” number unless the article links the named report it came from
- Instructions for dangerous in-ring practices
- Speculation written as if the result is already official
Sources
When a story, quote, record, or contract detail comes from another outlet, I name that outlet and link it. I do not rewrite someone else’s exclusive and present it as my own reporting. If I cannot find a source worth linking, I do not present the claim as fact.
Corrections
If a record, result, or other fact is wrong, I correct the article. When the change matters, I note it on the page. Send the article link and the wrong line to contact@wrestlingnightmare.com. For an urgent fix, put URGENT in the subject.
Independence and advertising
Wrestling Nightmare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WWE, AEW, TNA, or any other promotion. Names and trademarks belong to their owners. I use them for news, commentary, and criticism.
The site may show ads through Google AdSense. An advertiser does not choose a headline, an opinion, or a result. If I add a sponsored section or an affiliate link later, I will label it.
Photographs and video stills also belong to their owners. Using one for commentary is not a claim that I own it or that a promotion approved it. If you hold the rights and want something reviewed, email me the page URL and the image. I will look at a real complaint and remove or replace the material when that is the right step.
